Family Martial Arts hosts an exciting, educational and fun Summer Camp!
Each day brings new activities to keep kids active and entertained. Instead of being on electronics all day, campers join in karate classes, make art projects, and play active games throughout the day. FMA Summer Camp is for kids who enjoy learning new things and having fun in the process. Themes are designed to change each week to keep kids entertained ALL Summer!

Week 1 - Game Show Mania

Why watch Game Shows on TV when you can bring them to life? Join FMA for a week full of luck, skill, trivia, team challenges, and obstacle courses. We'll be bringing to life some of our favorite game shows including Ultimate Tag, Floor is Lava, Family Feud, Minute To Win It, and so much more!

During this week of creative construction, we’ll let our imaginations soar! Will you create a car that can fly in space or maybe a rocket that can explore the depth of the sea? The only limit is your imagination!

Welcome to Space Race Week, where you’ll become astronauts, engineers, and mission commanders! Each day your Space Agency team will train for space travel, build rockets and rovers, explore “moon rocks,” and create a lunar base that can survive the toughest missions. Sample Daily Schedule
DROP-OFF - 7:30AM To 9:00AM
Once campers arrive to help them settle in they participate in morning activities. These games are usually played sitting down while other campers are coming in. These activities change throughout the summer.
ACTIVE GAMES – 9:00AM – 9:30AM
Our active games are constantly changing! Examples of FMA's active games include: Dodge Ball, Building Forts, Mr. Mars, Obstacle Courses, Relay Races, Rock Band, Simon Says and countless more.
WEEKLY THEME – 9:30AM TO 10:00AM
1ST SNACK – 10:00AM TO 10:15AM
Campers start the camp day with snack. We'll be active all day, so pack some snacks that will help give them the energy they'll need. Some good energy foods are; bananas, yogurt, and oranges!
ACTIVE GAMES – 10:15AM – 11:00AM
Our active games are constantly changing! Examples of FMA's active games include: Dodge Ball, Building Forts, Mr. Mars, Obstacle Courses, Relay Races, Rock Band, Simon Says and countless more.

LUNCH - 12:00PM - 12:30PM
Lunch gives the campers a chance to get to know their new friends! FMA believes in a balanced meal, the healthier the lunch the better. Let us know if your child has any allegeries

KARATE – 1:00PM TO 1:45PM
After Lunch, campers will get ready for Karate Class. Each class is taught by the professional instructors that teach our regular classes. Just like regular classes, kids participate in our Life Skills & Social Learning Program. Classes will incorporate the life skills you want reinforced in their lives.
WEEKLY THEME – 1:45PM TO 2:45PM
Our Camp Themes are designed to change each week to keep kids excited and entertained throughout the summer.

2ND SNACK – 2:45PM TO 3:00PM
Campers finish the camp day with the second snack. Kids will be learning a lot throughout the week so snacks that help with memory are always a bonus such as; Blueberries or flax seeds/nuts. Also... FMA knows a hungry kid is not a happy kid, this will help tie them over to dinner!
PICK-UP – 3:00PM TO 6:00PM
When your child is waiting to be picked up, they'll wrap up their day with our sit down activities. This is the time campers read, color, do puzzles, and play board games. These activities will also change throughout the summer!

What's next after we Register?
One of our helpful team members will send you our Summer Camp Registration Packet. Once you email or drop your packet off, you are official ready for an exciting summer!
What About Food?
Family Martial Arts can not purchase or provide campers with any food. Inform your instructor if your child has a food allergy. All campers should bring their own lunch, two snacks, and plenty of water!
Do you go on Field Trips?
All of FMA's activities are conducted inside the Karate School. Our weekly themes are designed to keep kids excited with activities that change frequently. You do not need to worry about your child being in a crowded bus in the middle of Atlanta.
